Jonathans entry into real estate was preceded by close to a decade working with a multi-national retailer during which time he managed a staff of up to 100. Starting on the ground floor as a trainee manager he worked his way up the corporate ladder, acquiring skills in sales and marketing, management, business systems and customer service along the way. After taking a short break to travel overseas, Jonathan elected to direct his talents to a career in real estate. He joined R&W Alexandria/Waterloo in 2012 and has since worked alongside Principal Mark Dawes, assisting in sales, marketing and support. Jonathan has an unsurpassed knowledge of the inner-city suburbs having grown up in Surry Hills, attending Crown Street Public School, and now lives in Alexandria. He has witnessed first-hand the evolution from a largely working class area with a high concentration of light industrial buildings into one of Sydney s most sought after residential areas. Jonathans knowledge of the restaurants, cafes and shops in the area is second to none thanks to the dedication he applies to research he eats out as often as he can.
